By default, Word automatically repaginates your document as you work. At times, this may slow down the program to the point where you consider it unacceptable. The solution is to turn off the background repagination. Word will then only paginate the document when you print or perform some other action that requires pagination (such as using Print Preview).
• Click View and view your blank document in Draft mode. There still are clients who want to overwrite the source text!). The problem is that my Word XP is very slow when typing or deleting text like it's trying to repaginate every time an edit takes place.
In that directory there should be a Word file called 'Normal'. THis is the basic template file Word uses all the time. It can become corrupted. Try trashing it. Don't worry about doing that, because Word will automatically create another one. You may also find, in the same directory, a whole bunch of files called 'Autorecovery save'. (60 - 1 instead of 1 - 60) The problem is not with Scribd, as they just reproduce the document in the order in which it is sent. He wired the fan directly to a USB cable so the fan now spins 100% of the time. And the Mini of course can no no longer determine or manipulate the speed of the fan.
